Return & Refund

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 14 working days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels or tags still attached. Please be aware items which have been used are ineligible for return for hygiene reasons.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us within14 working days from receiving your goods by contacting us at hello@kndrbeauty.com

This policy is only applicable to purchases made on www.thebeautycrop.com; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.

For returns, please contact us for more information on where to send your returns. Remember to include in your email your:

  1. reason for return
  2. full name
  3. return delivery address.
  4. telephone number
  5. And don't forget to include the original paperwork that came with your order.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the shipment of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

Refunds

If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges incurred on your part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be made via the same method used for the original payment eg. Stripe, Paypal etc.
